Reporting to the Director of Growth & Marketing, the Content Specialist is responsible for producing content in a variety of formats that informs, educates, and delights our target market and customers.

We’re looking for a storyteller that is able to creatively educate the market, illustrate the challenges, and highlight Hellohire to our customers and our prospects.

The right person will be responsible for optimizing, publishing and maintaining high-quality content across our digital footprint, as well as ensuring that prospects and customers have a seamless and positive experience.

Your role will support the marketing team with a variety of important tasks and responsibilities, including;
- Creating material in various formats that works to educate the market about the Hellohire solution
- Partnering with team members to ideate, create and optimize content for prospects and customers
- Conducting regular content audits and proactively identifying gaps and priorities in content execution
- Gathering market and customer data to inform content and marketing planning
- Creating social media content across relevant platforms and optimizing for engagement
- Assist in overall marketing planning and execution

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a content marketing-focused role
- Creative writing, editing, and information visualization skills: we’re looking for the right person who can communicate the problem and solution.
- Experience in creating content across many platforms and in various formats, including long-form writing, short copy, infographics, video, sell-sheets, presentations, webinars
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Project management skills: ability to adjust timelines, understand and plan for dependencies, flag potential challenges
- Good working knowledge of SEO and social media
- Experience in creating content that is educational and informative
- Experience in a variety of content creation tools; video editing, Youtube, Canva.
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a big bonus
- Experience with WordPress and webpage editors is helpful

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
