Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist to produce high-quality, engaging content for our wealth businesses across multiple channels, including website copy, blog posts, thought leadership, press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in a content marketing, editorial, or communications role.
- A background in the financial services industry, specifically the wealth management sector, is a plus.
- A strong writing portfolio that shows the ability to switch from long-form to short-form, web copy to press releases, written content to video, and advertisements to blog posts with ease.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- A person with a goal-oriented, get-things-done attitude who lives for the challenge of simplifying complex ideas in an engaging, succinct, and distinctive manner.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- A collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with designers, developers, compliance, product managers, and portfolio managers.
Bonus
- Experience working with video content—writing scripts, editing footage, and managing the development process from conception to release.
- The Canadian Securities Course is an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our wealth arm’s client engagement goals to enhance client experience and loyalty.
- Client Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement initiatives that foster meaningful communication and connection with clients, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partners across marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and brand voice.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including articles, newsletters, webinars, and digital resources, that educate and engage clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Working with the performance marketing team, establish metrics to evaluate content effectiveness, client engagement, and satisfaction, using data to refine our deployment strategies continuously.
