**Position Summary**
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Produce/update task lists for CEO as well as managing task/staying on schedule
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Generate reports and conduct data entry
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Greet, assist and provide general support to visitors to the office
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
**Required Skills and Abilities**
- University or College degree/diploma is an asset.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time managements skills with ability to operate under tight timelines in a fast paced, and results orientated, environment
- Excellent analytic skills and judgment with ability to research and summarize administrative data
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft suite of products (Office/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Can work 20-24 hrs/week Monday-Friday
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
