Part-time Executive Administrative Assistant

**A family based real estate brokerage in Mississauga is looking for a Part Time Executive Assistant/Admin. The job will begin with 3 days a week and possibly move to 4 (flexible on which days) - 6-8 hours/day.**
**You will be responsible for administrative duties, answering calls, doing followup calls, executing strategies, social media posts, managing the day-to-day operations, managing clients, and providing dedicated support to the brokerage team in a every changing and fast paced environment.**
**EXPERIENCE**
**- Past real estate or admin Experience is recommended**
**- Excellent Computer and Social media skills is a MUST**
**- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GSuite, Canva**
**- Experience in project management**
**- Highly organized and proficient communication skills**
**- Creative and experienced in marketing, financial skills, and Video editing**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**- Greeting clients upon arrival,**
**- Phone calls and client follow-up sales calls, filing, data entry, organizing, updating website**
**- Filing paperwork, invoicing, banking, creating and writing up contracts**
**- Organizing and managing events for the company**
**Car or Access to a car is a must**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
