Triple Green Products is currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team in the role of**:Office Administrator.**
Located near Rosenort, MB; Triple Green Products sells innovative carbon neutral heating and waste management systems. Specifically, Triple Green Products offers boiler or steam heating systems that are not fueled with traditional fossil fuels but rather with biomass. Triple Green Products also offers composting and dehydrating equipment to reduce and repurpose waste that has traditionally been disposed.
Summary of position:
Reporting to the CFO, the Office Administrator is a key position within the organization. As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of duties that include, however are not limited to:
- Answering telephone and electronic inquiries and relaying telephone calls and messages
- Scheduling tradeshows and booking / ensuring all required accommodations are made for our sales team. This also includes assisting with the preparing of marketing materials, booking hotels, updating calendars, and ensuring all paperwork is in order for border crossings (customs, etc)
- Helping with the set up / organization and maintenance of the network drives by creating folders and electronically filing documentation in a structured and timely manner.
- Assisting the Management team with the development and maintenance of company policies and other related documents.
- Reviewing, updating, editing and formatting a variety of reports, presentations, letters and documents as assigned
- Gathering information from suppliers to prepare sale quotes and reports as required
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
- Post-secondary education related to office/business administration, and / or Human Resources would be a strong asset
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office including: Powerpoint, Excel
- Experience with Adobe, illustrator and / or photoshop programs would be ideal or possess the willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain accuracy and pay attention to detail
- A Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities at a time, while remaining collected
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written (English)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
