**Administrative Assistant**

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
All necessary training will be provided.

$18.00-$20.00 / Hour

Starting wage dependent on qualifications.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
- Scheduling and Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is well organized
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assisting with project management and coordinating company activities
- Take minutes in meetings
- Assist other departments when requested
- Other duties as assigned

**Employment requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self Starter with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
