**Accounts Receivable**

ASI Corp is hiring for an Accounts Receivable in our Richmond, Vancouver, Canada Office. The Accounts Receivable will provide accounting support for the Credit Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing/handling daily orders releasing
- Handle all types of Accounts Receivable job duties on daily basis
- Processing/handling credit card orders/charge backs/refunds via internet and helps on credit card transactions batch submission
- Daily bank statement reconciliation
- Daily cheque deposit
- Verify and setup new customer accounts in computer system and verify/update existing customer accounts info/paperwork on file
- Notes entry
- Special projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- College and above major in accounting courses
- Quick learner with attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, verbal and written (Mandarin a plus)
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- This is a entry level position and welcome new graduates

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
