**Accounts Receivable Administrator**

**Reports To**:Financial Administrator (or designate)

**Classification**

This is a temporary 12-month part-time contract position working approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the possibility to become permanent and/or full-time employment.

**Mission**

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will directly support our cash flow process, digitally processing trainee subscription renewals, producing and sending client invoices, conducting relevant follow-through on receivables, and providing Client Support when and as needed.

**Key Focuses**
- Conduct invoicing process, create and issue invoices, receive payments, follow up on receivables, and respond to inbound client questions regarding invoicing and/or account statements.
- Renew trainees following the company process.
- Produce ongoing related financial reports for, and liaise with, the Sales Team, CFO, and/or other executives.
- General administrative and data entry tasks, such as maintaining client and accounting files.
- Assist with Client Support function(s), answering the phone, etc. as needed & requested.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Legal ability to work in Canada.
- Proficiency with MS Office & other business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint; experience with Salesforce and/or Simply Accounting/Sage 50 is an asset, and preferred.
- Class 5 driver’s license and valid Canadian Passport preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, completion of a relevant accounting course, and/or 1-2 years relevant experience.

**Location, Hours, and Hybrid environment**

Metro Vancouver area preferred; we provide an inspiring, fun, and rewarding environment.

In a hybrid office environment, the contractor will be able to primarily work remotely (from home), while also working at our company office in Richmond, BC a few days per month.

Will be expected to typically work 4 days per week; hours can be flexible, but need to be able to be available when relevantly needed (on a timely basis) to respond to clients requests and/or make calls during Monday-Friday business hours (8:00am-4:00pm).

Access to relevant company platforms, and the use of mandated security processes, will be provided by the company.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
