**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This independent contractor position focuses on engaging potential clients, managing lead follow-up, setting appointments, and driving conversions in a dynamic real estate environment. This role combines a steady base wage with a performance-based commission, providing a highly rewarding opportunity for top performers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**: Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and sellers generated through company marketing efforts.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule and coordinate appointments for property showings, consultations, and closings.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- **Database Management**: Accurately maintain CRM records, documenting client interactions and ensuring effective follow-up and tracking.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on market trends, neighborhood insights, and property values to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize conversions.

**Qualifications**
- **Real Estate License**: Required to operate as a licensed inside sales associate.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or lead management.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building relationships.
- **Technology Proficient**: Comfortable with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and basic real estate software.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results without direct supervision.

**Compensation and Structure**
- **Hourly Wage**: $25-$40/hour based on experience.
- **Commission**: 10% of each closed transaction.
- **Annual Performance Bonus**: Available based on individual and team success.
- **Position Type**: Independent Contractor - No benefits or medical.
