We're looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to be a part of our Accounting team at our Head Office location. Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us
This is the perfect opportunity for new graduates
**Here’s What **You’ll** be Doing**:
- Greets customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.
- Independently operate the required systems to process invoices through the workflow.
- Independently administer assigned stores and queues.
- Verify, enter and/or correct applicable invoice attributes through the workflow.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain strong vendor relationships:
- Ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Performs other duties as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
