**Summary**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting the daily operations of our Chiropractic Centre. You will utilize your core skills in medical office experience to ensure efficient front desk operations. Join our team to contribute to a professional environment dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients as they arrive for appointments
- Scheduling patient appointment
- Maintaining contact lists
- Organizing and preparing reports
- Opening and closing office
- Answering phone calls
- Maintain regular communication with Chiropractor regarding any changes or concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an administrator
- Previous experience with WSIB and/or HCAI would be an asset but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a group setting and independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Computer skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Dover, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
