**Responsibilities**:
- Completing paid, trainer-led administrative training program
- Requirement to obtain the Accident and Sickness Licence within 3 months of start date
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively in both **English and French**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- _Possibility of hybrid job option, after 3 months probation period, based on performance while in office_
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in **English and French **required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Excellent data entry skills using typing skills at least **40 WPM**, with attention to details
- Ability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
