**WAZO IS CURRENTLY HIRING A BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

Wazo is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist who is focused on delivering world class customer service to our valued customers. Great customer support is a vital part of our business As a valued member of our VIP Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries over the phone and through our ticketing system, assisting our customers with pre and post sales service.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Offer outstanding customer service, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Become a product specialist by gaining adequate knowledge of all products
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide ideas on methods of upgrading customer service to enhance productivity
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing team on a daily basis

**Educational Qualification**

High School or equivalent

**Qualifications Required**:

- 2-3 years proven successful experience working in a team of customer service representatives
- Ability to communicate clearly, written and orally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers
- Punctual and high work ethic
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- Fun, friendly, confident personality
