We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who excel in fast paced environments to work on an Inbound Wireless Campaign processing sales orders.

Working in the call center you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls to process customers’ orders.

This position is located in our North Bay office.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to accurately enter customer orders and answer customer questions and/or concerns.
- Availability: 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST and/or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
- Consistently meet established program sales targets.
- Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
- Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training programs

**KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills.
- Prior customer service and sales experience is an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Effective listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory criminal record check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
