**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with medical office standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer support processes.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing electronic communications.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a medical office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and administrative support.
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
