As a Territory Supervisor with Prohibition, you will be responsible for upholding our brand standards and supervising the daily operations of multiple franchise locations.

You will lead our franchisees and their managers, developing their progress with positive coaching, supervision, training, and evaluations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor franchisee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Liaising with franchisees and head office
- Prepare and submit performance reports and audit reports
- Assist with training new franchisees and their managers
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
- Uphold sales standards
- Increase efficiency and profitability of stores in your territory
- Variety of administrative tasks
- Assist with new store openings

Required skills:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good business ethics
- Be self-driven and result-orientated with a positive outlook
- Exceptional customer comprehensive skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be bilingual: written and verbal

Vous dirigerez une équipe de gestionnaires et franchisés, en développant leur progrès avec la supervision, du formation et des évaluations positives.

Responsabilités:

- Superviser la productivité des franchisés et fournir des commentaires constructifs et un mentorat
- Recevoir les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes
- Assurer la liaison avec les franchisés et la siege social
- Préparer et soumettre des rapports de performance et des rapports d'audit
- Assister avec la formation les nouveaux franchisés
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures légales
- Respecter les normes de vente
- Augmenter l'efficacité et la rentabilité des magasins de votre territoire
- Diverses tâches administratives
- Assister avec les ouverture de nouveaux magasins

- Expérience confirmée en tant que superviseur ou rôle pertinent
