Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team. Collaborating and communicating with all departments and our customers is essential to ensure that work is completed correctly and efficiently, meeting time sensitive deadlines.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help client with decision making for there needs ,sales, design
- Communicate and coordinate with Warehouse,Sales Representatives, Scheduling and CAD Departments and customers
- Collect (i.e. specifications for sinks, faucets, stoves, colour, edge selections) and maintain job/customer information and formulate the template packages
- Read and update notes on computer program when required
- Work with the computer program to complete daily tasks
- Communicate with Supervisor to keep him informed of the status of jobs that require special attention
- Complete assigned paperwork as required by Supervisorr
- Participate in department meetings and training as required by Supervisor
- All other duties as required by Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual French and English preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Proven ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker
- Ability to prioritize own workload to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent clerical skills together with computer and data entry skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of production administration
- Must be able to work accurately with strong attention to detail, to ensure jobs are quickly and efficiently completed
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment in an open concept office
- Strong math skills with the ability to calculate square footage (preferred)
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally
- Knowledge of interior design, construction and/or kitchen and bath considered an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Will work in an office setting, sitting and using office equipment and computers
- General knowledge of desktop computersJob Type: Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday
- day off in week

**Experience**:

- sales experience
- Administrative Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- interior design or construction: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $27,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
