**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Clean and maintain hot tubs to ensure they are safe and hygienic for guests.
- Clean and prepare Airbnb properties to the highest standards for incoming guests.
- Take garbage and recycling to the curb for collection.
- Perform shopping and run errands as needed.
- Assist with landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and general garden maintenance.
- Conduct exterior cleaning, such as power washing decks, cleaning windows, cleaning patio furniture and ensuring properties have curb appeal.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the property manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in laundry, cleaning, and landscaping is an asset.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle is required

**Position Details**:

- Part-time position for the summer months, with potential to continue beyond the summer.
- Flexible schedule with an expectation to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
