We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends. **Duties**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and financing options
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Prepare and present offers to clients
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends and changes
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining client databases, and filing paperwork

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clientele
- Proficient in using technology tools for real estate research, marketing, and documentation purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the buying or selling process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
