**Hours**: Approx. 35-40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, occasional weekends as needed)

**About the Role**

Serenity Rising Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Farm & Construction Labourer to support hands-on projects and daily operations across our diverse property. This role is ideal for someone with construction and mechanical experience who enjoys outdoor work, solving problems on the fly, and working in a small but professional team environment.

We’re looking for someone more than just a laborer — someone who takes initiative, is mechanically inclined, and wants to grow with a company that values skill, trust, and long-term contribution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with construction and repair projects, including fencing, structural work, and general property improvements
- Operate a variety of machinery and equipment (tractors, skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently for carpentry and repair tasks
- Conduct basic property maintenance, such as clearing brush, grading, and facility upkeep
- Support farm-related duties (planting, weeding, harvesting) as needed during peak seasons
- Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on farm equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or farm infrastructure maintenance
- Skilled with power tools, basic carpentry, and machine operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude (equipment troubleshooting and repair is a bonus)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work and all weather conditions
- Team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, flexible, and solutions-oriented - you enjoy solving problems, not just being told what to do
- Prior experience with more structured or mid-sized companies preferred

**Bonus Assets**
- Farming/gardening background
- Landscaping or property management experience
