We thrive on agility, creativity, and ownership. As we scale, we’re looking for a **Program Manager** to bring structure to complexity, driving alignment across teams, ensuring execution against milestones, and enabling the company to move at a fast pace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Leadership**: Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals
- **Planning & Roadmapping**: Define timelines, milestones, and success metrics for complex projects and programs
- **Execution & Delivery**: Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure deliverables are met on time
- **Process Development**: Establish lightweight but effective workflows, reporting structures, and accountability frameworks suited to a startup environment
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to executives and team members
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- **Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate processes and suggest improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 5 - 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech company
- **Methodologies**: Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices, but pragmatic enough to adapt frameworks to a fast-moving environment
- **Tools**: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar)
- **Cross-Functional Skills**: Proven ability to work across engineering, product, design, and business teams
- **Leadership**: Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- **Mindset**: Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
- **Bonus Skills**: Technical literacy (basic software/product knowledge), experience in fundraising support, or exposure to scaling operations

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
