Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Participation in the development, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the program
- Ensuring proper documentation and ongoing evaluation as per regulation and Facility policy.
- Provisions of services in accordance with the established Residents’ expectations and changing needs and the established standards.
- Consulting with Director of Care in management of the program
- Data collections, audits and analysis of performance indicators
- Chairing Committee meetings, completion of minutes of meeting and distribution of minutes
- Completion of annual interdisciplinary Program evaluation and establishing goals and objective for improvement of systems and processes
- Functioning as a member of the nursing management team with duties as assigned which may be outside of the regular scope of duties
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Care and or Assistant Director of Care
