We serve local, national and international communities by producing useful information and tools to assist in the daily work to prevent and stop violence towards women and children and vulnerable adults. **Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: **Education**: - 4-year Undergraduate Degree - Project Management Professional certification preferred **Experience**: - 2 years’ experience in program or project management - Experience developing accessible, audience-appropriate communications, such as training invitations, introductory materials, and promotional content Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Understanding of project lifecycle principles including planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion, particularly in the context of educational or public programming - Understanding of community collaboration and relationship-building, especially within equity-focused or anti-violence education settings - Knowledge of training logistics, instructional delivery formats (in-person, hybrid, virtual), and coordination of professional learning programs - Knowledge of data collection and evaluation methods to measure participant satisfaction, training outcomes, and program reach - Awareness of ethical guidelines relevant to managing sensitive participant information and working in contexts involving trauma-informed education - Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with overlapping timelines, resources, and collaborators - Proven ability to build both formal and informal professional relationships within, across, and external to organizational boundaries - Ability to assess situations using sound judgement and navigate sensitive topics - Ability to work independently, handle details with a high degree of accuracy and to organize and prioritize a high volume of work to meet deadlines - Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate University guidelines, policies and practices to key stakeholders - Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite **Western Values Diversity**: Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
