We’re seeking an accomplished Technology Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex digital transformation programs that drive strategic change across the organization. This role oversees multiple interrelated project streams, aligning technical solutions with business goals to deliver integrated outcomes.

**What You Will Do**
- Build trusted relationships with business, vendor, and technology teams.
- Align program outcomes with strategic goals through collaborative planning.
- Lead multi-year, high-impact digital programs with multiple project streams.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and manage detailed, integrated program plans.
- Identify and resolve conflicts across domains and initiatives.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor performance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with corporate risk policies and processes.
- Define and report on program metrics and KPIs.
- Support project managers in resolving issues across portfolio initiatives.
- Mentor project teams and promote best practices in program management.
- Champion continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure teams understand and follow corporate project methodology.

**What You Will Bring**
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale IT programs in agile environments (preferably in fintech, banking, insurance, or tech).
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets, scope, and schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, enterprise systems, and agile methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
- Resilient and creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Experience working in virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of insurance systems or policy administration is an asset.

The base salary for this position is between **$76,400**:

- $ 141,400**annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
