Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We are looking to hire someone with accounting experience for our property development company to perform general accounting services and provide administrative assistance for several operating and property holding companies. It's a fun and fast paced environment with a lot moving parts which keeps the job from becoming repetitive and boring.

Some of the main tasks of the job are:
- General accounting tasks such as managing payables and receivables for our various properties, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Bank deposits.
- Assisting in electronic and paper filing, organization and naming of various documents.
- Printing and distributing of documents.
- Organization and tracking of keys/access to properties.
- Work experience or knowledge of property management would be an asset in this position but not a necessity.
Work hours are 8-5 with 1 hour lunch. This may be negotiable. We offer extended benefits after 6 months. Work location is at our office in Emerald Park with occassional travel for bank deposits or to attend meetings.
