We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to join our exciting and transformative advance tunnel project in the GTA.

**What You’ll Do Here**:

- Coordinate the assigned activities with the project’s multidisciplinary teams
- Read and understand the project documents and interprets documents to understand requirements at all project stages from start to the final completion and handover
- Collect information on a weekly and monthly basis for updating the progress reports
- Develop and write reports, business correspondences
- Prepare meeting material and record meeting minutes and actions of assigned disciplines
- Maintain documentation according to established manuals, programs and procedures
- Track and monitor project submission to the CA using the electronic document management system (EDMS)
- Lead meetings with the client, third parties and subcontractors
- Liaise with third parties, city authorities and utility asset owners to arrange inspections
- Coordinate with the client to discuss and document the project completion and handover expectations and requirements for various elements of the project

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Post-secondary school education in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the heavy civil and/or transit industry, previous experience in quality, completion and handover process would be advantageous
- Excellent writing, communication and documentation/reporting skills
- Demonstrated strong team work ethic with solid organizational, and decision-making skills
