**Title**: Nursing Practice Consultant - **Internal Only**
**Salary**: $99,505 - $122,073 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2026.

**About the role**
As Nursing Practice Consultant, you will - provide education, advice and consultation on clinical practice services that includes orientation, training, in-service, clinical support, and clinical competency assessment to First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) nurses who provide health services to First Nations communities in British Columbia.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three (3) years of experience in community and/or public health nursing providing clinical practice support and education to nurses.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM).
- Remote Certified Practice with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM).
- Knowledge of, and ability to apply, an understanding of First Nations cultural principles and protocols in work situations.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
