**Title**: Professional Practice Leader, Advanced Practice and Clinical Systems Integration (**Internal Only**)
**Salary**: $95,728 - $115,270 per year (pay range explained below)*
**Contract**: Term - March 30, 2025
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.
**Bargaining Unit**: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
- The FNHA is engaged in active collective agreement negotiations and rates of pay will be adjusted to reflect 2024 rates in the near future.
**About the role**
As the Professional Practice Leader, you will - be responsible for the delivery of educational programs, processes, and services. You will provide expertise in the facilitation of clinical skills development and advance professional practice within the First Nations Health Authority Nursing Programs.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in nursing, nursing service administration, nursing education or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Master’s degree in nursing or a health-related field is an asset.
- Eligibility for registration as a registered nurse in British Columbia
- Significant experience in the provision of primary care and community health nursing services. Experience in acute care services such as medical-surgical, emergency, critical care nursing may be considered.
- Experience in providing nursing education and in mentoring nurses.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
