Make an impact in this unique role with our Human Capital and Marketing teams as an Administrative Assistant. **Responsibilities**
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager with the implementation and coordination of various marketing tactics (events, sponsorships, advertising, presentations, signage, etc.)
- Support Human Capital activities including administration of total rewards, learning and development, engagement initiatives, recruitment process, onboarding logistics and performance management
- Process marketing requests, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution, and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams and provide support and updates as needed
- Maintain and create reports to track metrics, progress, budgets etc.
- Prepare, review and modify templates, letters, communications, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence for example for CFE Prep, CPA module registration, reminders, DE&I initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and engagement
- Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and niches, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
- Support with special projects as required
- Maintain flexibility to travel within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary education in business administration is preferred
- 2-3 years of administration or project coordination experience is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask
- French language skills would be considered an asset
