**Job Summary**

Full time desired. Wiling to consider capable applicant who requires shortened work days or only four days per week.

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Assist in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate patient information.
- Support payroll processes and assist with human resources functions as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate supplies for the office.
- Supervise junior staff or interns when required, ensuring adherence to office protocols.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with patients, vendors, and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
