NewAge Products is looking for a National Installation Manager who is passionate, driven and a self-starter to join our Installations team in a full-time capacity.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Establish and build a network of installation contractors in all major markets across the United States and Canada and manage the relationship with this network
- Oversee business development of the installation program with prospective contractors/partners
- Conduct presentations and webinars to train new contractors
- Train installers on NewAge installation best practices
- Participate in and oversee onsite installations
- Negotiate pricing with contractors
- Ensure that contractors are passing background checks and that NewAge is in compliance with any applicable laws as it relates to onsite contractors
- Manage a team of installation coordinators
- Regularly communicate with installers and hold them accountable to company standards and SLA’s
- Ability to create sales forecasting and budgets for installation network and be accountable to accomplishing targets
- Model out costing for hiring internal installer crews, volume analysis, fleet and tool management
- Report out on installation performance and develop KPI’s
- Build training materials and recommend installation creative assets
- Develop SOPs and best practices for installations
- Provide detailed analysis on launching new product categories
- Understand and forecast installation demand and focus recruitment efforts in those regions accordingly
- Be the point of contact for all escalations related to installations
- Problem solve/troubleshoot any installation issues
- Be knowledgeable of the competitive landscape in the installation market
- Be an ambassador for NewAge Products and maintain brand image

**Qualifications**:

- Must be service oriented and represent the NewAge brand well at all times
- Minimum 5 years experience managing or coordinating a team working with installation services
- Minimum 1 year of previous installation experience
- Project management experience
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Organized with attention to detail
- Self-starter who can take initiative
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience with SAP an asset
- When safe to do so, travel may be required
