**Job Type**: Full-Time (40 Hours Guaranteed)
**Compensation**: Competitive Wages (Based on Experience)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install commercial and residential windows, storefronts, and curtain wall systems according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Measure and mark layout for installation.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install window frames and glass panels.
- Install weatherproofing, caulking, and sealing to ensure proper insulation and finish.
- Work at heights and on scaffolding or lifts as needed.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a window installer with **specific experience in curtain wall systems**.
- Proficient with tools and materials related to aluminum/glass installation.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
