We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Client Care Specialist** to join our dynamic team at **Execaire Aviation**'s VIP Lounge at Toronto Pearson Airport. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will leverage your skills in attention to detail, time management, and customer relationship management to foster strong relationships with our clients while effectively communicating solutions that enhance their experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
- Book hotels, car/limo rentals, catering, etc.
- Oversee the commissary and order supplies
- Ensure top-tier client experience from beginning to end of a client's trip
- Coordinate with Line Crew to ensure first-in-class customer service response to client inquiries
- Provide FBO with general administrative and sales support
- Prepare invoices for fuel uplifts, landing fees, services, etc., as applicable
- Perform flight following duties as well as other related tasks assigned by the Client Care Supervisor and/or FBO Base Manager
- *The work schedule is rotational: 3 days working from 06:00 to 14:30, followed by 3 afternoons working 14:00 to 22:30, then 3 days off, and repeat. _
**Qualifications and Skills**
- College Diploma (tourism)
- 1-2 years' experience in aviation
- 1-2 years' hospitality industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to market services effectively
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Understanding of various aviation flight planning platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong time management and prioritizing abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
