The position is based out of Pearson International Airport at Execaire’s FBO facilities in Mississauga.The CCS is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Ordering suppliesEnsuring top-tier client-experience from beginning to end of a client’s tripCoordinating with Line Crew to ensure first-in-class Customer Service response to client inquiriesProvide FBO with general administrative supportProvide FBO Sales supportPerform other related tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor and/or General ManagerThe CCS will be expected to adjust his/her shift to cover for vacations, holidays, sick days, during breaks or as may be needed from time to time depending on volume of movements.RequirementsThe candidate is expected to have the following job requirements:Hospitality industry experience is highly desirableAviation industry experience is highly desirableUnderstanding of various aviation flight planning platforms highly desirableExceptional communications skills (both verbal and written)At Execaire Aviation, your career journey matters.Our careers culture is fueled by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
