As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced **Human Resources Coordinator** with a strong understanding of **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** standards to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Manage full-cycle HR including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Alberta and Saskatchewan employment standards.
- Support management with employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
- Oversee training and development initiatives for employees.

**Health & Safety**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide health and safety programs.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with OHS legislation in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Lead safety meetings and deliver toolbox talks when required.
- Maintain all documentation related to incidents, training, and certifications.
- Establish a program with the goal to achieve COR and maintain certification.
- Establish and maintain the OHS Committee.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; experience in construction, signage, or trades preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan Employment Standards and OHS regulations.
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CRSP, NSCO, or equivalent OHS certification is considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce health and safety policies and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally between Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Proficient with Sharepoint and MS Office.
- Class 5 licence, reliable vehicle, and a clean drivers abstract.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
