The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting Citadel’s Human Resources initiatives. This position serves as the primary resource for full cycle field-based recruitment and labour coordination.

**Key**Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the full cycle recruitment and selection process for all field-based personnel:

- Ensure applicant data is entered and managed timely, accurately and efficiently in HRIS;
- Respond to telephone and online inquiries regarding employment opportunities.
- Screen resumes, schedule and interview qualified applicants in accordance with screening and recruitment protocols;
- Perform reference checks on all eligible applicants using internal and external connections plus 3rd Party;
- Prepare and distribute offer letters;
- Maintains Citadel social media accounts and respond where required in a timely basis
- Coordination of visa information and forms for CND new hires
- 2. On call rotation
- 3. Scheduling and coordinating rig crews for each crew change and maintaining crew rosters for each rig and respond promptly to short notice requests for labour resources, rosters to be presented
and shared weekly at Manpower meetings;

- 5. Coordination of crew flights/manifest, and booking accommodations;
- 6. Work closely with the Payroll and Benefits department to ensure employee status changes are
recorded and submitted for update, COS forms to be submitted within 3 business days;

- Educational Requirements
- Preferred post-secondary education in human resource
management or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in human
resources, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

**Competencies**

**Work**Environment**
- Office and shop environment combined.
- Physical demands associated with using a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional light lifting required.
- Some irregular work hours that may include evenings or weekend work may be required.
