PLEASE NOTE : we are looking for someone who really wants to focus on the digital and engagement parts of social media management. This is NOT a content creation position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies.
- Confirm, schedule, and post content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Set up shot lists and work with the team to plan content creation days.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal growth.
- Communicate with the team to ensure everything for each client is completed
- Support light video editing for short-form content like Reels and TikToks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic video editing software.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
