We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant with strong analysis experience and advanced Excel skills to support our operations and finance team. This dual-role position requires someone who can efficiently handle administrative duties while contributing to client onboarding, reporting, client reviews and financial planning task.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including document preparation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, client review and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data using Excel.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems.

Qualifications:

- Experience as an administrative assistant or recent business/finance graduate, preferably with exposure to finance or accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
