**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Ordering office supplies
- Ensuring office is kept neat and tidy.
- Assisting/supporting with day-to-day accounting functions
- Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum 1 year of clerical/administrative assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
**Salary**:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
