**What You’ll Do**
- **Quote & Proposal Preparation**: Develop and deliver detailed, accurate quotes for both our domestic and international clients, ensuring that all proposals are aligned with the specific needs of the oil & gas sector and other technical fields.
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers by understanding their unique requirements—whether in oil & gas operations, chemical processing, or renewable energy—and recommending tailored products and solutions.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and superior customer satisfaction.
- **CRM & Documentation**: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups to drive operational excellence.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Industry Experience**: 2-5 years of inside sales experience, with a strong background in the oil & gas industry or a closely related technical field.
- **Technical Acumen**: Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, including electrical/mechanical drawings, instrumentation details, and P&IDs.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that enable you to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- **Organizational Excellence**: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that thrives on tackling challenges and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Global Perspective**: Experience with international order processing and technical documentation is a plus, reflecting our global customer base.
- **Tech Savvy**: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems to streamline workflow and enhance customer interactions.
