DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our team. We are hiring a **1-year Contract Accounts Payable Administrator** who will be reporting to the Operations Accounting Manager.

**Day to day**
Areas of responsibility: This role will be to support the Accounts Payable team through assisting with day-to-day administration of payment requests and project work.
- Assisting the team with the management of incoming payment and vendor maintenance requests to ensure they are processed within expected timelines
- Support projects that will improve controls and processes within the AP Function.
- Posting monthly journal entries to Great Plains Dynamics within month-end deadlines.
- Preparation for auditor visits in co-operation with the accounting team
- Special projects and other duties as assigned by management from time to time

**Essentials**
- University degree or diploma in accounting or finance is ideal, but not required
- 1-2 yrs minimum prior accounts payable experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid team player
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and multitask
- Experience in leasing or financial industry is an asset
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
