**What you’ll bring**
As an Executive Assistant, Projects you will orchestrate efficiency, unearth insights, and safeguard trust, enabling our executives to thrive in their strategic pursuits.
**What you’ll do**
Empower Executive Efficiency: Execute flawless administrative support for the executive team, empowering their efficiency by expertly managing calendars, coordinating travel, and conquering deadlines. Keep the team on track and focused, ensuring seamless progress towards strategic initiatives.
Orchestrate Project Harmony: Conduct a symphony of project coordination, orchestrating tasks, timelines, and team collaboration to achieve harmonious progress. Master the art of multitasking and ensure projects flow smoothly, hitting every milestone with precision.
Unleash Information Mastery: Harness your expertise in information management to tame the digital jungle and skillfully wrangle the flow of critical data. Effortlessly organize, file, and retrieve information, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all.
Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Choreograph a dance of communication, seamlessly connecting the executive team, clients, and partners. Foster collaboration and open channels of communication, enabling productive interactions and successful outcomes.
Unearth Strategic Insights: Embark on research expeditions, scaling the peaks of data to unearth valuable insights. Be the trusted guide, meticulously crafting reports and analysis that illuminate strategic pathways for informed decision-making.
Optimize Operational Efficiency: Unleash your inner efficiency guru to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and engineer productivity hacks. Transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, pushing the boundaries of efficiency to maximize operational effectiveness.

**What you’ve got**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Assistant, preferably in a marketing consultancy or professional services environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
