**Position Purpose**:
Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology Services, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the reliable and efficient delivery of a variety of end-user computing services related to desktop, mobile, and telecom technologies. Through the administration of the IT Help Desk, this role will be responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support to all Town staff. In addition, the Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining standards for client technologies.
- Working with business users to assess needs and provide guidance on future office technology procurements.
- Maintain an asset inventory of client hardware and software licenses.
- Provide first call support and be able to escalate to tier 2 support as needed for resolution.
