**Are you highly motivated, outgoing and a social individual looking to make a difference in a dynamic and fun environment? 1FACE SKIN CLINIC is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team**

**Duties**
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and manage client appointments using our booking system
- Manage scheduling for patients and staff to optimize clinic operations.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure accuracy in patient documentation.
- Coordinate with staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with marketing and content creation to showcase our clinic and services
- Welcome clients and provide a friendly, personalized experience during visits
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards within the clinic environment.
- Provide training and support to new staff members on clinic policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of clinic policies related to client care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct client follow ups to ensure satisfaction and support
- Help maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients and staff

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a clinic setting is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, must be outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with clients
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude toward helping the clinic run smoothly
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with social media and content creation is mandatory
- Ability to work 4-5 days per week, with flexible scheduling options
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential.
- A background aesthetics is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $35,000.00-$46,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
