**Summary**

Our company provides safety and rescue teams to clients across Ontario. We are looking for an energetic person to become a team member to assist us with customer satisfaction through booking engagements and coordinating response teams to fulfill those bookings. This role serves as primary customer contact regarding such matters as quotes, scheduling, and records management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responds to customer inquiries and provides information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential orders.
- Schedules work assignments and organizes workload to ensure optimal use of response teams.
- Provides information, resolves problems, and advises customers on services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolves customer requests for adjustments in work orders or billings.
- Reviews, monitors, and processes all correspondence to and from customers.
- Compiles statistics, gathers and computes various data for periodic reports to management.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience as a Service Call Coordinator or similar position.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- Skilled in organizing resources to response to multiple projects.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
- Knowledge of specified products and/or services offered to customers.
- Listening skills.
- Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
- Ability to organize, send out and store site generated paperwork.
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

**Salary**: $23.50-$28.39 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Stouffville, ON L4A 2G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer call service: 3 years (preferred)
