Everything Mortgages is a well-established mortgage brokerage based in Toronto, Canada. With over 12 years of experience, we specialize in residential mortgages and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Administrative Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Outreach**:

- Mine the existing client database to identify opportunities for lead generation and re-engagement.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and set up appointments for the mortgage team.
- Follow up on leads to build relationships and nurture client connections.
- **Application Management**:

- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as a professional point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional communication with all clients.
- **Office Support**:

- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations within the office.
- Support the mortgage team with ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a sales or administrative role within a mortgage brokerage or financial institution is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating and managing leads is an asset.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable working on-site in our Toronto office.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and a customer-service mindset.
