Toytexx Inc., one of the leading E-commerce companies in Canada, is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Digital Commerce Coordinator. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our brand and sales revenue.

As an Digital Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, implementation, customer service, and order fulfillment of our online stores.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage and enhance online store performance to increase sales.
- Ensure accurate and on-time daily order shipments.
- Facilitate the delivery of products to local business partners as needed.
- Identify and address price discrepancies and errors promptly.
- Respond swiftly to pricing needs on major online platforms.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and order requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Craft engaging and attractive product descriptions.
- Address shipping issues and inquiries related to carriers like UPS, Canada Post, and others.
- Manage product returns efficiently and maintain the return database.
- Explore opportunities to develop new business channels and partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in photoshop, Microsoft Office Suites.
- Prior experience in sales-oriented roles is advantageous.
- High energy levels and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 50 LB if necessary.
- Ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Motivated to maintain a precise and appealing online presence.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Excellent prioritization skills to manage workload effectively.
