We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Coordinator to ensure optimal planning, execution and tracking of marketing projects and support company objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Coordinate the team by leading weekly internal meetings following up on individual projects and ensuring all hard deadlines are met through optimization of workflow and pushing projects through based on due dates and prioritization.
- Identify challenges or requirements needed by agencies/freelancers in executing campaigns; coordinate with internal team members and freelancers to resolve challenges and fulfill requirements
- For new marketing campaigns, gather project requirements from applicable stakeholders; identify the parties needed to execute campaign and assign/coordinate tasks with each party
- Creating and distributing project briefs for marketers, copywriters, graphics designers, video editors and other parties for assets that have to be developed
- Helping with various marketing initiatives including social media account monitoring, handling product and service launches, coordinating marketing events, and more.
- Preparing weekly reporting and KPIs from marketing channels
- Researching market trends,
- Identifying and engaging with vendors
- Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- University degree or related education in business, marketing, advertisement or communications.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in print, web marketing and/or social media project coordination.
- Project Management experience in a creative, print and/or digital role is an asset.
- Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Knowledge of web analytics with analytical skills to identify KPI metrics and evaluate cost models.
- Familiarity with team building techniques.
- Ability to lead and work in a team.
