**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities.
- Enter all product information into spreadsheets and portals.
- Check data accuracy for specifications of products and pricing.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Maintain and update customer database portals with relevant information.
- Responsible for end-to-end operational management of product listing on our partner portals including duties such as to monitor accuracy, reviews and any other daily operational needs, red-flag issues on partner website like incorrect product details mentioned or incorrect inventory ‘stock out’, and coordinate with the external partner for graphics and media to provide all back-end details for our website and other portals. You will be responsible for managing the main website
- Primary custodian of all masters - Creation and maintenance of product lines and co-ordinate within internal teams to gather/ verify product information.
- Responsible for handling daily sales operations including any retailer related forms, promo documentation, promo calendar maintenance.
- Responsible for other administrative work for Sales department
- Provide secretarial assistance to Sales and Marketing department including producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, and general administration for the sales department.
- Working with Big Box chains such as Lowes, Home Depot, Costco and other prominent National Chains
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of performance marketing campaigns, including advertising, print advertising, and online.
- Do other administrative duties as needed.

- Must have a working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software, with Microsoft Office suite

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make effective infographs for communication of this data
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- knowledge of bizarrevoice and Syndigo considered an asset.

**Education**
- College degree with relevant experience
- Certificate with relevant experience

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
