We are currently seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As an E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to the customers inquiries from Amazon, Shopify and other marketplaces in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the customer satisfaction, maintain a positive company reputation, and uphold a high standard of service. In addition, you are expected to support the sales team, which may include engaging in cold calling activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing out of stock alternatives, warranty claims and return, ensuring timely communication between the customers and internal Departments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Provide feedback on customer inquiries and common issues to improve processes.
- Dedicate to Amazon-related cases, including A-Z & Chargeback Claims, and customer’s feedbacks, representing and appealing Amazon's decisions as necessary within designated timelines.
- Assist the sales team through call calling efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in business or business related discipline or comparable work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of E-commerce Customer Service Experience, with a focus on Amazon, Shopify and the third-party channels.
- Strong written & verbal communication & organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's order processing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Seller Central, FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant), FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), and other key Amazon seller tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
- French preferred.

**Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Work Location**: Markham.

**Pay Rate**:Starting from $20
